Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour, in-person course that teaches community members how to help someone experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. You do not need to be a healthcare provider to take this course — it is designed for anyone who wants to help.

Next Training: March 22, 2026  |  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  |  Main Office Community Room. Free for all participants. Space is limited — register early.
